This course covers the theory and concepts behind why the system works so effectively and is dealt with at a scientific level to give practitioners the tools they need to explain likely outcomes to their patients. We teach methods of audit and evaluation as well as how to structure a treatment plan to maximise outcomes. Our training programme ensures ethical, safe and good clinical practice. A full range of unique specialist materials has been developed to support our work and these are available to past students at concessionary prices.
Undertaking Core 1 will give you the basic knowledge and skills, but our Core 2 Advanced Cosmetic Acupuncture & Medical Microneedling adds the finishing touches with advanced techniques, giving a full portfolio of treatments including the microneedling roller and pen and adds weight to Core 1 basic training
Feedback has confirmed that Core 1 is essential prior to undertaking the Core 2 due to theory covered.
A full theory pack for each module is available to download in advance of the essential face-to-face clinical days. It is not advisable or possible to achieve these specialist skills with on line training only.

The 2017 course will feature the best of latest editions of the workshops taught internationally – including key workshops in Japan, TCM Kongress in Rothenburg Ob Der Tauber, Germany, Finland, ICCM Israel and Christie Foundation UK, Slovenia, Netherlands, Poland and Los Angeles.
This 2-day CPD seminar is very practically orientated with lots of hands-on training. The basis of TCM anti-ageing treatments is explained both in scientific and traditional terms. This aims to demonstrate how acupuncture works on a cellular level and hence by which mechanisms it appears to slow down and reverse the effects of ageing.
Groups are small to ensure that participants are confident and competent with the techniques being shown. Our international seminars are larger so visit the UK courses for a more personalised tuition advantage.
Techniques shown will allow participants to approach treatment of most beauty concerns confidently and effectively. Built into the training is how to understand factors that may mitigate patient expectations and outcomes from such a treatment: Lines and Wrinkles, Enlarged Pores, Acne Scarring, Discoloration, Dull Complexion, Dryness, Sagging and Loss of Muscle Tone, Puffy Eyes, Sagging Neck.
Aged décolleté, Body areas, Acne and other dermatological problems will be covered and more advanced solutions applied in Core 2.
The Acuregen range of skincare will be used during this course. These products contain absolutely no parabens or harmful compounds and are completely safe and appropriate for use with cosmetic acupuncture procedures. You will receive skincare training and this is covered under our Balens policy. The skincare products are available to you at a discounted price. The opportunity to become stockists at a higher discount level with volumes of 6 per item gives you a business window to retail them to your clients.
We will continue to support your cosmetic acupuncture business with PR activities with the chance to join our select team for which PR activities will support your business moving forward.
Please feel free to bring any other cosmetic skin products for discussion.
