This day will change your whole perspective on how tissue behaves from a treatment. This is significant to understand what is how you treat your patients. We will cover some theory that you have never heard before special about the Inlight Medical system compared to others. Also lots of clinical in the afternoon exploring and trying out Polychromatic LED Light Therapy.
Tues 28 November 3pm to 10pm CPD certificate Masterclass looking at clinical scenarios including diagnosis and patient assessment and case studies. Followed by an introduction to our MLM project with Acuregen Skincare. £30 for Acuregen alumni £50 for new students curious to know more about our training. THE TEACHING TEAM
Amanda is a TCM Practitioner. She is a clinician with experience in private practice, an integrated health clinic in London and running a student training clinic. Her key areas of interest include women’s health, cancer prevention strategies, male/female infertility, aesthetics and dermatology.
Since 2005, Amanda progressively developed a system of cosmetic acupuncture, branded Acuregen, and as Founder/CEO, teaches internationally (examples: Tokyo, 2011, TCM Kongress, Germany, Helsinki 2013, Tel Aviv 2014 and 2015, Krakow and Los Angeles 2016). As well as heading the Acuregen Academy in London, she is actively involved in research projects with particular focus in fascia and human tissue. Her biochemistry and neurosciences interest since attending as a guest at Imperial College London to pre-empt PhD studies.
In 2007 Amanda set up an international practitioner forum, The Acuregen Cosmetic Acupuncture Network, to ensure best practice for those she has trained. In 2012 she collaborated with Vanessa Blake Cosmetics, USA, for whom she is currently Brand Ambassador for their brand Puriskin. 2013 saw the launch of Acuregen natural skincare. Amanda has invented and is patenting a novel intradermal needle, Thrive, now available internationally.
Amanda is a senior lecturer for the College of Chinese Medicine, London and is Vice Chairman of The Acupuncture Society (since 2005). In this capacity, Amanda continues to be a member of the ‘Profession Specific Board’ (PSB) – Governance for the Complimentary & Natural Healthcare Council, CNHC, having assisted in founding their Microsystems Acupuncture register. She is currently involved with the formation and development of The British Acupuncture Federation.
Amanda is committed to promoting the integration of acupuncture into the NHS and developing scientific CAM research methods. Her collaboration with award-winning Get Well UK and departments within the NHS Research Consortium resulted in a successful and ground-breaking conference in October 2007 exploring the complexity of evidence base research, commissioning of CAM services and the possibility of integrated clinical studies. In June 2008 she represented acupuncture in a debate at the UK National Smoking Cessation conference.
Amanda’s background is in Natural Sciences and she is currently undertaking further scientific studies in order that she will be able to make an up to the minute scientific contribution to the researched evidence base projects that she hopes to soon be instrumental in developing and being involved in.

Mark has been working with Acuregen for over 4 years. He will also now be running courses with Amanda, initially, from his Midlands Academy.
Mark can also provide first aid training in London and Midlands.

Mark Dyer is a Consultant Physiotherapist, practicing within the Neural and musculoskeletal field of physiotherapy. Mark has many refined skills to delivering the most appropriate and affective treatment modalities, for healing and restoring function to his clients. Mark has working extensively in number of different departments gaining valued experience and knowledge about human dynamics and healing factors.
Additionally, a practitioner of Acupuncture for wellbeing, healing and facial aesthetics Mark has over the last 4 year become an integral part of the Acuregen Cosmetic Acupuncture Network and Team, aiding therapists to train at high levels of theory and practical skills and onwards working towards continued professional development and safe practice as well as research projects.
Mark practices AcuRegen treatments within the Midlands demographic and is thought highly of for his skill and application of treatments.
Mark is also an independent prescriber of drugs for the British National Formulary and currently a part of the renewed application of auricular acupuncture for stress and detox under NADA GB.
In 2011 Mark became the founder and director of Mdphysiotherapy Services Ltd treating people with a wide scope of injuries and illnesses and has a fantastic team working for him to deliver best possible results for clients. Mdphysiotherapy Services Ltd covers a large demographic area treating, local private patients, Insurance referrals and prison service health needs.
Mark is a member of The Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) http://www.hcpc-uk.org/ , the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists http://www.csp.org.uk/, the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (AACP) https://www.aacp.org.uk/ and also a practice Educator for Worcester University.
